Return & Refund Policy

At Kreationz By Jess, all sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if your item arrives damaged. To qualify, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos showing the damage along with the packaging.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Colors and designs may vary slightly due to handmade customization.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
